Toyzan: a multi-player game gaining fun from the engagement with controllers and collaboration

"Toyzan" is a customized controller game in which 2-4 players collaborate to score up by physically engaging with sensors that control the characters in the game.Players interact with three types of sensors to control the two characters in the game. The way they engage with the physical controller is related to the abilities of game characters.

Physical Computing

-Designed the game's physical controllers' layout and usage. Defined the serial communication contents in sensors.

-Tested the sensibility and risks in sensors. Optimized computing cost.

-Processed serial message from Arduino in Unity. Translate data for the other programmer to use in game.

-Designed the controller installation.
